Your wedding day is one of the most anticipated days of your life. You want everything to be perfect.   Whether your wedding is large or small, we have a package that can be created just for you.  With over 25 years of experience in wedding and portrait photography, I have personally helped to capture the memories of hundreds of brides and grooms in northeast Ohio. Our Studio has been serving Medina for 40 years now, since 1971. In this time, the number of weddings our team has photographed is too great to count. One thing I have learned is that no two weddings are exactly the same. Working closely with you and your family, we like to find out what is important to you about your wedding day. Some are all about traditions; others break all of the rules.  Having professionals that will help you create your memories the way you want them to be created is what is important. Personalities also need to match up; your photographer will be with you from the time you get dressed till well into the reception. Your photographer will be the one person outside of your family and wedding party that will be with you during every moment of your day.

Experience - With over 300 weddings, I have seen a lot. Hiring a professional that is experienced and flexible is important. Many times you will find experience with no flexibility, the old, "I know everything" attitude, or the other extreme, no experience, a friend who truly can take a nice photo, but has only been to a few weddings, if any, let alone has the knowledge of what to do when thing get busy. You don't want others to tell you what memories to have or what ones will be missed. We will work together to plan your day.

Training - It is said that nine out of ten "Photographers" have NO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING in the industry before they opened their photography company. I receive e-mails daily from "start your own photography business, marketers."  These e-mail marketing companies teach that all you have to do to be a professional photographer is get paid to take a picture. THIS IS NOT TRUE! But be aware of our competition.  There are many that have done just this, learning as they go, at your wedding! It is also said that nine out of ten photography companies fail within 3 - 5 years.  Don't hire one of the nine. You want the ten, the photographer with the experience, 25 years of photographing and a lifetime of being in the portrait photography industry.  I was raised in the business; my father was also a full time portrait photographer for 50 years in northeast Ohio. We attend monthly training workshops, annual conventions and other workshops throughout the year.  We also belong to professional photography organizations and invest thousands of dollars in our equipment and computers to keep up with trends in the industry. This is our full time career, when you hire our studio you are hiring a true professional.

Choices - Many album collections, along with other services, are offered. If you can dream it, we can work with you to find a way to create it.

Photography Style - There are many different styles of wedding photography being promoted today. Traditional, Contemporary, and Photojournalistic are a few sample styles.

• Traditional – Well-posed photography, full coverage of all the wedding activities
• Contemporary - All the traditional style and some time to let your hair down and have fun
• Photojournalistic - This style is much like you see in the newspapers, completely candid photography, nothing posed, nobody looking at the camera, over shoulders, backs of heads with the Brides far off in the distance and so on.
