Senior Portrait Services

Senior Portraits should be a mix of traditional fine portraits and fun portraiture that expresses your inner personality.

Traditional portraits: Every portrait session should include at least one professional, well dressed, formal outfit. Going back to the beginning of time in photography families have had formal portraits made of their Sons and Daughters to celebrate the completion of High School and the entering into Adult Hood.

This outfit is traditionally what mom & dad or grandparents will want

Men: Should wear at least one formal outfit. This could be a suit and tie or just a nice shirt and tie. They should also be neatly shaven, beards should be trimmed and hair neatly trimmed and combed.

Woman: Should wear at least one formal blouse with complementing jewelry and daytime make-up. Hair and nails should be made up and well groomed.

For the personal fun portraits EXPRESS YOUR SELF! Dress and bring outfits that express who you are today. BRING YOUR STUFF! Clean out your room and bring it with you, any collections, Instruments, Uniforms, Stuffed Animals, Sports Equipment, you can even bring your entire drum setup and put it together for a few portraits. CARS – TRUCKS – BOY FRIENDS - GIRLFRIENDS – SIBLINGS AND MORE….

Portraits can be made in the studio- in a park – at your home or any location of your choice. I meet with every client before the photography date to discuss our options and make sure we are capturing the inner you. We further discuss clothing options and what to bring. This also gives the student and photographer a little time to get to know each other, this often results in the Senior being more comfortable and relaxed during the session showing a more natural expression and better photographs.
