What to Bring to your Senior Portrait Session

Senior portraits should be both professional and personal.

In your parents day, you would call the studio, book an appointment and the photographer would sit you on a stool take about 12 – 15 photographs. He would use a few different painted backdrops and you might have one change of clothing. Both outfits would be rather dressy or you might bring a sports uniform for the second outfit. The entire session would be no longer than 15 minutes tops. For boys it might only take 10 minutes.

Well times have changed!

We still encourage at least one dressy outfit, though we see less coats and ties than in the past. After that the sky is the limit. You can bring friends, pets, collections or just about anything you want. Below is a list of  ideas past students have used.
